1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and utilizing our solar evaluation tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Solar System Estimates & Feasibility
Online calculations and savings projections provided by our calculators are preliminary estimates based on statistical irradiation indices and user inputs. Final project pricing and guaranteed generation figures require:
- A certified physical structural and electrical site audit by APML engineers.
- Final single-line electrical schematics and local utility shadow analysis.
- An executed formal Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract.
3. Milestones & Payment Terms
Turnkey installation projects are scheduled in accordance with standard EPC milestones (Advance booking, Material delivery on site, and Post-grid synchronizing). Third-party financing and subsidy disbursements depend on regulatory and banking approvals.
Limitation of Liability
While APML Solar Energy strives for utmost accuracy, online estimates do not constitute binding financial warranties. Real-world solar yields depend on atmospheric conditions and utility grid uptime.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
